Terms of Service – AutoBlanche, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AutoBlanche website (https://autoblanche.com) or interacting with our Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AutoBlanche provides a vehicle history lookup and report service based on VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). We agree gate data from over 20 public and commercial sources, including DMV databases, insurance records, auction listings, and service records.

3. Beta Disclaimer

AutoBlanche is currently operating in a public beta phase. Users acknowledge that certain features may be experimental, limited, or subject to change without notice. By using our service, you accept the potential risks associated with software or data limitations during this stage.

4. Pricing and Payments

All payments must be made prior to receiving the vehicle report. Payments are processed via Stripe or through ourTelegram bot. Prices are subject to change at any time. The current prices are displayed on our website or inside the Telegram bot interface.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14days of the transaction date.

Refunds may be granted for the following reasons:
- Empty vehicle history report
- Significant inaccuracies or errors in the report
- Incomplete report
- Delays in receiving the report

To initiate a refund, please submit a request through our website contact formor by email.
You must include the following:
- Your email address
- The VIN number
- Reason for the refund
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Payment method
- PayPal transaction ID or the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card

Please note:
- AutoBlanche is not responsible for decisions made by users based on thecontent of our reports.
- Refund requests are accepted only within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

6. API Access

API access is available upon request and subject to approval. Use of the API requires a separate agreement and is governed by rate limits. For inquiries regarding API access, please contact us directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site or provided through the services are the property of AutoBlanche, Inc. and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Obligations

You agree to use the Site and servicesl awfully.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the system
- Use automated means to access or harvest data
- Redistribute or resell AutoBlanche data without explicit permission

9. Limitation of Liability

AutoBlanche, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All data is provided "as is,"without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of theState of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Modifications

AutoBlanche, Inc. reserves the right to up date or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
