Refund Policy – AutoBlanche, Inc.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original transactiondate
- The vehicle history report provided was empty
- The report contained significant inaccuracies or was incomplete
- There was an unreasonable delay in receiving the report

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must complete the refund request form on our website or send an email to info@autoblanche.comwith the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the order
- VIN number of the vehicle
- Reason for the refund
- Date of purchase
- Payment method used
- PayPal transaction ID or the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card

3. Processing Refunds

Once your request is received, we wille valuate the claim and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds willbe issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear.

4. Limitations

AutoBlanche, Inc. is not responsible for any decisions made based on the content of the report. Refunds will not be issued in cases where the report was delivered successfully and contained data, even if it did not meet your expectations.
